 How much do your sites cost?
Costs vary for websites depending on complexity. The lowest cost sites are typically 'company'
websites of about 10 pages, in a single language. However we don't treat these kind of sites as
'cheap' websites - they still get our full service and 100% original designs.

You should budget around 80,000 yen (approx. 800 USD) for this kind of website.
Making a website in two languages (bilingual English/Japanese) is likely to cost only about
30% more, and extra features such as member databases or admin-controlled booking calendars
are also likely to increase the total cost slightly. Online shops with full admin controls
for updating products, online payments, order management and so on will cost from 120,000 yen.

Do you do search engine optimization (SEO)?
Yes, all our sites are expertly optimized for search engine results and keywords. We can't
guarantee number one ranking, but we are confident of getting your site into the top results
for your chosen keywords, and we regularly get sites ranked on the first page.

Do we need to pay for maintenance?
No. We usually include Admin Controls for all of our sites free-of-charge, allowing you to

How do we make a payment to you?
We accept payments by the following methods:

Can we get a free site or a discount?
If your site is non-profit (typically for organisations or clubs), then yes, we might
consider creating your site for free. Discounts are also available - if you can give us a
good enough reason why, then we're open to suggestions. :-)
For new online shops, we understand that start-up costs can be daunting. We're open to your
suggestions about flexible payments, or cost reductions in exchange for a percentage
of profits.

How long does it take to make a website?
It usually takes about 1 month to create a website, from initial inquiry until the site
can be opened to the public. We have opened sites in as little as one week, although more
complicated member sites or online shops can take up to two months.

Can we see the site being built?
Yes. You can view the work in progress (online) at any stage, and we welcome your feedback,
comments and revisions.

Do you make Flash websites?
Yes, we do. We don't usually make all-Flash websites because of their poorer search
engine efficiency, but can do so at a client's request. However, we do regularly include Flash elements
within website designs, for animated logos and menus.

Can you do programming for my website?
Yes, we can. We specialise in PHP programmed pages connected to MySQL databases, allowing for
a variety of exciting features; event calendars, link directories and so on. We are also
available for partial programming requests, either at a fixed cost estimate or at our hourly
rates.

I'm not in Japan. Is that okay?
Yes, that's not a problem. We welcome inquiries from overseas, and have completed a wide
variety of projects for businesses all over the world; Canada, the United States, United Kingdom
etc. Please see the diagram on the right, which shows the percentage of our Japanese-speaking
clients versus English-speaking clients.

Can you do English-Japanese translation?
Yes, we can. We can handle any amount of English-to-Japanese or Japanese-to-English
translation for your website, although this is usually dealt with separately from the website
design, on a cost-quantity basis.

How can we discuss the site with you?
Most of our clients are more than happy to discuss their website's design via email, although we are also
available for person-to-person meetings, and voice consultations either via telephone or
Skype.
