このサイトの目的は、ウォーゲームのファンたちを様々なゲームに呼び集め、会話を楽しんだり、趣味の知識を得たりする事にあります。

この同意書はこのサイトとあなたの合意を構成します。利用承認、会員権の保持のためにはすべての条件に同意しなければなりません。

ユーザー権利

このサービスを利用するユーザーの権利は、このサイトの取り決めによる制限事項、規制及び条件に従うものとし、このサイトは独占的な決定権を保持します。このサイトはいかなる場合でもユーザーサービスを停止または中止する権利を留保します。

不適切な行為

下記、サイトが決して認めない行為の例です。これらの行為をした疑いがあるユーザーについては調査を行い、場合によっては、サイトへのアクセスを禁止します。

禁止事項:

• ハラスメント

• 資金や基金の懇請、それに伴う商品やサービスの広告・懇請。大量メールや広告は禁止。

責任

全ての会員は自分の行動に責任を持つこと。万が一、不適切なメール、中傷を受けたり悪用されたと思われる場合は直ちにご連絡下さい。

敬意

全ての会員は互い及びこのサイトに敬意を表すること。いかなる不適切な行動も許容されません。

Rights to Users

Your right to use this service is subject to limitations, restrictions and conditions established by us, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue your service at any time.

Inappropriate Behavior

Below are examples of behavior we will not tolerate. Anyone suspected of exhibiting these behaviors will be investigated and if necessary banned from the website.

The following are prohibited:

• Harassment including but not limited to

  »	Pictures, videos, recordings which contain slanderous, libelous, abusive, and defamatory statements, racist, pornographic, obscene or offensive language or images.
  »	Insults and bullying.
  »	Threats

• Verbal or Physical Abuse
• Forwarding of chain letters
• Uploading of viruses, Trojan horses or anything that will cause harm to us or our visitors.
• Promoting or distributing materials for solicitation of funds, advertising or solicitation of goods and services. Members are prohibited from sending any kind of mass messages or announcements.
