Domain transfers
Transferring a domain to our control
There are two items we will need, before we can initiate a transfer to our hosting plan.
- Confirmation that the contact email address for your domain name is still active and available.
- An authorisation code (or "auth-code") from your current registrar company. This is usually a 12~16 character password, and should be freely available to you when you request it. This is not necessary if your domain is a ".jp" address.
Transferring a domain away from our control
This is a very easy process. Simply contact us by email and ask for the authorisation code (or "auth-code") for your domain. We will provide this by email, and you should then provide this to your new registrar company when applying to transfer your domain.
